  • 18+ Age Policy

    Soulthread is for adults 18 and older. Account registration requires age confirmation. Underage use is prohibited and may result in account closure.

  • Privacy & encryption

    We use TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. Conversation and memory data are used to run the product. We do not sell your private chats. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.

  • Delete account & data

    In the app: Settings → Delete Account. A 30-day cooling-off period starts; you can cancel deletion during that time. After it ends, the account and associated personal data are permanently deleted (subject to limited legal retention).

  • Delete chats & long-term memory

    You can manage conversation history in the app where session controls are available. Account deletion removes associated personal data including conversation and memory artifacts after the cooling-off period, as described in Privacy.

  • Content Policy

    Extended / mature content is optional and off by default. Illegal content, anything involving minors, and abuse remain prohibited even when mature settings are on.

  • Report & block

    Use in-app Report and Block on posts or users. Blocking removes that user’s content from your feed and notifies moderation. We aim to act on reports within 24 hours. You can also email [email protected] with subject "UGC Report" or "Safety Report".

How to report or block

  1. In the app, open the content or profile menu → Report (choose a reason) or Block user.
  2. Blocked users’ content is removed from your feed immediately; moderation is notified.
  3. Email [email protected] with subject "UGC Report" or "Age Policy Report" if in-app tools are unavailable.
  4. We aim to review reports within 24 hours by removing violating content and restricting or ejecting abusive accounts.
