How it works

    Earn lifetime

    When attributed users pay for VIP (and renew), you earn your current tier % of qualifying net revenue — for the life of that subscriber.

Unlock: In one calendar month: ≥ $3,000 qualifying net revenue, or ≥ 80 paying users.

What we pay on

Qualifying net revenue = amount the user paid − payment processing fees − refunds / chargebacks for that period.

Included

  • VIP subscription charges (first payment and renewals)
  • Optional: agreed in-app purchases under the same rate (confirmed in your partner terms)

Not settled

  • Self-purchases, fraud, incentive click farms
  • Conversions from mainland China (product unavailable — not settled)
  • Taxes shown separately on invoices, if any

If a payment is refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed on a later payout.

Upgrades & hold

How upgrades work

  • Tiers are reviewed on calendar-month results (UTC).
  • Meet either the net-revenue or paying-user threshold to unlock the next tier (skip-level allowed).
  • New rate starts on the 1st of the month after we confirm the unlock.
  • The new rate applies to all subsequent qualifying revenue from your attributed users — including renewals.

Holding a tier

  • Growth (35%): keep the tier with ≥ $400 net or ≥ 12 paying users the following month.
  • Elite (40%): keep the tier with ≥ $1,500 net or ≥ 40 paying users the following month.
  • Miss hold for two full months in a row and you move down one tier. Starter (30%) is the floor.
  • Early program months may prioritize upgrades only; we will notify partners before hold/demotion rules go live.

  • Fake installs, cookie stuffing, or self-referral schemes

FAQ

Is this the same as in-app invite rewards?

No. Invite rewards are for end users (points). The affiliate program pays cash RevShare to external partners with an ?aff= tracking link.

Do you offer flat CPS / PPS instead?

For media buyers we can discuss a first-purchase PPS option. PPS and lifetime RevShare are alternatives — not stacked on the same conversion.

Can I get a higher rate than 40%?

40% is the public ceiling. Strategic deals above that are rare, contract-only, and usually require volume commitments.

When do I get creatives?

Approved partners receive a kit: one-liners, headlines, banners, and UTM guidance. Ask when you apply.
