Affiliate & creator RevShare
Two public tracks: Mode A referral at 30%, or Mode B likeness + Agent at 30%→40% referral plus 40% Eligible Net Agent Revenue. Public publisher referral caps at 35%. Every attributed user has a hard 3-month commission window — not unlimited lifetime. Same transaction never pays twice.
How it works
- 01
Apply
Email us with your site, channel, or creator handle. Choose Mode A (referral only) or Mode B (likeness Agent + referral). Approved partners get a unique ?aff= link.
- 02
Promote
Share reviews, posts, or your AI agent link. Clearly disclose the commercial relationship where required. Only new users who register within 30 days of a valid click on your link can bind to you. Existing users are never re-bound.
- 03
Earn inside 3 months
You earn your rate on qualifying net revenue while each user’s 3-month window is open. Mode B may also earn on Eligible Net Agent Revenue. When the window ends, referral commission on that user stops.
Collaboration modes
Mode B is not “80% of the same dollar.” Referral commission and Agent commission are separate pools. One transaction enters only one pool. Mode B’s conditional 40% referral rate is only for creators under a signed Creator Agent agreement — not for ordinary publishers.
30%
Post or list Soulthread with your aff link. Earn 30% of qualifying net VIP (and agreed IAP) from new attributed users — for 3 months per user. Publishers may unlock up to 35% on the volume ladder below.
- No likeness license required.
- Keep eligibility with at least one effective promotion per calendar quarter.
- Miss two consecutive quarters → new attribution paused until reactivation.
- Same 3-month hard window; subscription lapse > 2 months does not reopen the window.
30%→40% + 40%
Under a signed Creator Agent agreement: license an approved AI Agent of you. Referral starts at 30% and may boost to 40% while conditions hold; plus 40% of Eligible Net Agent Revenue. Still not stacked on one trade.
- Referral boost to 40% only while: Agent online, likeness license valid, ≥1 effective promo that month, no material violation, and any agreed minimum registrations / revenue.
- Otherwise referral falls back to 30%.
- Agent side: 40% of Eligible Net Agent Revenue (defined below) — not “gifts × 40%” on face value.
- First license term: 90-day trial; renew after review.
- Likeness rights are checkbox-based — not a blanket grant.
No stacking
- Not 80% of the same revenue.
- Referral commission = only qualifying net revenue from users attributed via your valid aff (inside the 3-month window).
- Agent commission = only Eligible Net Agent Revenue for that licensed Agent.
- If a user is aff-bound to you, that VIP goes to the referral pool — not also to the Agent VIP pool.
- Gifts / spend consumed on the Agent go to the Agent pool — not also to referral.
- Organic discovery of an Agent without a valid aff does not earn referral commission.
- Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, platform-gifted credits, and abnormal trades are handled per the net-revenue rules below.
3-month commission window
- Hard cap: each attributed user is commissionable for exactly 3 months from successful bind (registration under your aff). There is no unlimited lifetime RevShare.
- Only qualifying net revenue recognized inside that window counts. When the window ends, referral commission on that user stops permanently.
- If a user’s paid subscription lapses for more than 2 months, later purchases do not reopen or extend the old bind window.
- On partner termination or program exit: new attribution stops immediately; historical users continue only for the remaining time in each user’s 3-month window (tail).
Referral: qualifying net revenue
Qualifying net revenue = amount the user actually paid − taxes − payment processing fees − channel / store fees − refunds & chargebacks − promo subsidies we funded − fraud / reversed abnormal transactions for that period.
Included
- VIP subscription charges (first payment and renewals) inside the user’s 3-month commission window
- Optional: agreed in-app purchases under the same rate (confirmed in partner terms)
Not settled
- Self-purchases, self-referral, fraud, click farms, and reversed abnormal trades
- Conversions from mainland China (product unavailable — not settled)
- Platform-gifted credits / points and unpaid promo balances
- Taxes shown separately on invoices, if any
If a payment is refunded, charged back, or later marked abnormal, related commission is reversed on a later payout. Balances below the minimum payout roll forward — they are not forfeited.
Mode B: Eligible Net Agent Revenue
Eligible Net Agent Revenue = amounts the user actually paid and ultimately consumed on that Agent, minus taxes, payment fees, channel fees, refunds, chargebacks, promo subsidies, fraud / abnormal trades, and any agreed direct service costs (e.g. high-frequency TTS).
- Recognized on consumption on that Agent — not on credit purchase alone. Unused credits are not Agent revenue.
- Platform-gifted credits do not participate.
- Discounted credits are valued at what the user actually paid, not face value.
- Apple / Google IAP credits are excluded by default in the pilot (or counted only after channel fees — fixed in the signed schedule).
- Spend across multiple Agents is attributed to the Agent actually consumed; if it cannot be split, it is excluded from the Agent pool.
- Creator self-tips / self-spend are fraud — unpaid and may terminate the deal.
- Do not use “gifts × 40%” on face value — that double-counts top-ups and spend.
- High-frequency voice products may use a different rate or deduct direct TTS / model cost before the 40% share.
Mode B: likeness license (checkboxes)
A blanket “use my image” grant is not enough. Rights are granted only for the boxes checked in the signed license. Default training rights are off — inference and character display only unless training is checked.
Grant checkboxes
- Portrait / likeness
- Stage name / handle
- Voice clone / TTS
- AI-generated similar images
- Mature content
- NSFW content
- In-app display
- Off-platform advertising / promo
- Platform use of likeness to promote that Agent
- Model training (optional; default off)
License terms
- Territory, term, and channels must be stated in the license.
- Whether real name, photos, and synthetic images are allowed must be explicit.
- Items requiring per-asset creator approval are listed in the schedule.
- Creator warrants rights to uploaded photos and voice; third-party photographer, agency, or watermarked assets need cleared rights.
- After termination: Agent and promo assets taken down within 14 days; chat history, user memory, and ledgers retained per product / legal policy; earned commissions still settle for the remaining 3-month windows.
- For PR crises or policy violations, the platform may suspend the Agent and related payouts immediately — without waiting 7 days.
- Ordinary termination: either party may give 7 days’ written notice. First term is a 90-day trial.
Attribution & payout
Attribution
- Who can bind
- New registrations only — existing users are never re-bound
- Click → register
- Must register within 30 days of a valid affiliate click
- Record of truth
- Server-side aff at registration (not cookie-only)
- Binding rule
- First valid partner touch wins among eligible clicks
- Commission window
- 3 months from successful bind — hard stop after that
- Subscription gap
- Paid lapse > 2 months → later buys do not reopen the window
- Agent vs aff
- Organic Agent discovery ≠ referral; only a valid aff earns referral commission
- Risk review
- Same device, payment account, or abnormal IP batch signups → manual review
- Unpaid
- Self-buy, self-referral, and fake trades pay no commission
- Disputes
- We provide itemized monthly statements. Raise attribution or commission disputes within 30 calendar days of the related statement; unless a technical or settlement error is confirmed, platform records control
Payout
- Cycle
- Calendar month
- Minimum payout
- $50 (below minimum rolls over — not forfeited)
- Methods
- USDT (preferred) or PayPal
- Timing
- Paid on or before the 15th of the following month. If the 15th is a weekend or public holiday, payment moves to the next business day
- Holds
- Where there is clear fraud, chargeback, sanctions, or compliance review, we may temporarily freeze disputed commission and notify the partner when reasonably possible; undisputed confirmed commission still pays on the normal schedule
Commissions are tallied by calendar month. Once the minimum payout is met and there is no fraud, chargeback, sanctions, or compliance hold, confirmed commission is paid on or before the 15th of the following month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or public holiday, payment is deferred to the next business day.
Upgrades & hold
How upgrades work
- Publisher tiers (Starter 30% / Growth 35%) are reviewed on calendar-month results (UTC). Growth at 35% is the public publisher ceiling.
- Meet either the net-revenue or paying-user threshold to unlock Growth (no further publisher tier above 35%).
- New rate starts on the 1st of the month after we confirm the unlock.
- Rates apply only to qualifying revenue still inside each attributed user’s 3-month window.
- Mode B referral boost (30%→40%) requires a signed Creator Agent agreement and is separate from this publisher ladder.
- PPS (flat first-purchase) and RevShare are alternatives — never stacked on the same conversion. One transaction enters only one commission pool.
Holding a rate
- Mode A / Starter (30%): maintain with ≥1 effective promotion per calendar quarter.
- Growth (35%): keep with ≥ $400 net or ≥ 12 paying users the following month, plus quarterly promo.
- Mode B referral 40% boost: keep only while Agent online, license valid, monthly effective promo, no material violation, and any agreed minimums — otherwise fall back to 30%.
- Miss Growth hold for two full months in a row → demote to Starter (30%).
- Miss two consecutive quarters of effective promo → new attribution paused until reactivation.
- Self-purchase, self-referral, batch signups, and fake trades are unpaid and may trigger removal.

FAQ
Is this the same as in-app invite rewards?
No. Invite rewards are for end users (points). This program pays cash RevShare to external partners and creators with an ?aff= tracking link.
Is this lifetime RevShare?
No. Each attributed user has a hard 3-month commission window from bind. After that window, we do not pay further referral commission on that user.
Does Mode B mean I get 80%?
No. Referral 30%/40% and Agent 40% are two different pools on different revenue bases. The same transaction never pays both.
Can ordinary affiliates earn more than 35% referral?
35% is the public maximum referral share for publishers and ordinary affiliate partners. Mode B creators, under a separately signed Creator Agent agreement, may raise referral from 30% to 40% while the Agent stays online, the likeness license remains valid, and agreed promo conditions are met. Mode B also earns 40% of Eligible Net Agent Revenue. The two commissions apply to different revenue pools and are never double-counted on the same transaction.
Do you offer flat CPS / PPS instead?
For media buyers we can discuss a first-purchase PPS option. PPS and RevShare are alternatives — not stacked on the same conversion.
When do I get creatives?
Approved partners receive a kit: one-liners, headlines, banners, and UTM guidance. Mode B also gets persona review and launch copy. Ask when you apply.
