Delete Account & Data
How to delete your Soulthread account, what happens during the 30-day cooling-off period, and how chats, memory, and VIP are handled.
1. How to delete your account
Open the Soulthread app (web or mobile web) while signed in.
Go to Settings → Delete Account and confirm.
A 30-day cooling-off period begins. During that period you can cancel the deletion request in Settings.

2. What is deleted
After the cooling-off period ends without cancellation, we permanently delete your account and associated personal data, including conversation and memory artifacts tied to your account, subject to limited legal retention where required.
We may retain de-identified or aggregated data for analytics and product improvement.
3. Chats & long-term memory
Layered memory and chat history are part of the product experience. Where the app exposes session or history controls, you can clear or leave conversations before deleting the account.
Account deletion is the comprehensive way to remove associated personal conversation and memory data after the cooling-off period, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Subscriptions & VIP
If your account has an unexpired VIP membership when deletion takes effect, that membership is forcibly cancelled. Paid fees are non-refundable, and any resulting loss is your responsibility.

5. Request by email
If you cannot access Settings, email [email protected] from your account email with subject "Delete Account". We may verify your identity before processing.
