Monthly billing only for now. We do not currently offer annual plans. If yearly pricing launches, it will appear here and in the app before purchase — we will not invent a yearly price.

What’s free in Story Mode
The Still Here: Red Long Night prologue is free — you can start without paying.
Full Story Mode (later chapters and the complete season experience) requires an All Access subscription.
Free Chat is available on Free with daily/monthly message limits; paid Free Chat or All Access removes those limits per plan.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel auto-renewal in the Soulthread app: open Profile → VIP / Subscription → Cancel.
After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current paid period. You will not be charged for the next cycle.
Canceling renewal is different from deleting your account (see Delete Account).
Refunds
Except where required by law or stated in a specific offer, fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.
If a payment is fully refunded through our payment provider process, paid entitlements tied to that order are revoked and your account returns to Free permissions.
Unexpired VIP is also cancelled without refund when account deletion takes effect after the cooling-off period.

- Do I need to pay to try Soulthread?
- No. Create an account, play the Still Here prologue for free, and use Free Chat within the Free daily/monthly message limits.
- Where do I see prices before paying?
- Here on this page, and again in the app VIP shop before checkout. Checkout shows the amount before you confirm payment.
- Is there a yearly plan?
- Not right now — monthly only. We will list any future annual price on this page when it exists.
- How do I cancel?
- In the app: Profile → VIP / Subscription → Cancel. Access continues until the period ends.
